Celebrate National Poetry Month! L4P has teamed up with the Laurel Arts Council to bring Poetry in the Parks to our city. Join us at Laurel’s Riverfront Park (Avondale Pavilion) for the unveiling of “A Blessing for the Woods” by Michael S. Glaser, the second permanent installation of Poems in Laurel’s Parks. Community members will share what they wrote at our recent poetry workshop. Light refreshments will be served. Come mingle and see the second permanent installation of poems in Laurel parks.
